Gabriela Salazar Burns is an attorney/consultant at Puente Consulting APC.
Prior to joining Puente, Ms. Burns practiced employment law at a national labor and employment firm, and is also licensed to practice law in both California and Arizona.
An honors graduate of the University of California,
Irvine and the University of San Diego School of Law, Ms. Burns has been practicing law since 2004.
While in law school, Ms. Burns was a member

of the San Diego Law Review.
At Puente, Ms. Burns provides consulting services to clients from a wide variety of industries. In addition to providing clients with advice in the areas of hiring, discipline and termination practices and the development of preventative policies and procedures, Ms. Burns also specializes in conducting workplace investigations involving claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, among other claims. Additionally, Ms. Burns regularly conducts seminars and training sessions for executives, supervisors, managers, line employees and human resources professionals on all aspects of employment law and HR. A native Spanish speaker, she is also skilled at providing clients with bilingual and bicultural services and provides all services in English and Spanish.
