| harassment and discrimination. Ms. Baker has conducted numerous investigations into allegations of discrimination, harassment, and unfair treatment in the workplace, and has expertise in wage and hour issues, including the appropriate classification of employees.

Ms. Baker has published a Ninth Circuit decision, Bradley v. Harcourt Brace & Co., 103 F.2d 267 (9th Cir. 1996), and is an active member of the California State Bar, the San Diego County Bar Association and the Lawyers Club of San Diego.
