Puente Consulting, Inc. provides comprehensive training on the topics of sexual harassment and discrimination prevention. This training is provided in full compliance with Assembly Bill 1825, which requires businesses in California with more than 50 employees to provide supervisors with at least two hours of sexual harassment training every two years by a qualified trainer.
With hands-on, interactive learning techniques including role playing, hypothetical and real life examples, group discussions, and in-depth Q&A sessions, Puente’s experienced trainers provide practical information about how to recognize, prevent, and correct harassment, discrimination, and retaliation in an engaging and fun manner without any dry “legalese.” Puente also provides all participants with a certificate of completion for recordkeeping.
